IRES is a Pattaya real-estate brokerage based on Pratumnak Hill, registered with Thailand's Department of Business Development under articles authorising property brokerage. We work the catalog the way you would if you lived here: a small set of properties we have visited, photographed, and can speak to in detail, rather than every listing in every database.
Most of our clients buy or rent from abroad.
